i experienced really good service from all staff i encountered i particularly want to mention the friendly concierge i stayed in a suite with a sea view and lovely garden the comfort was notable i spent time at the jacuzzis the magnificent gardens and the beach the overall experience was gorgeous
the bar atmosphere was a little dull i would have preferred some background music it was not a big problem as i could find live music nearby

i found the hotel to be really good, particularly its prime location near the shore. the gardens were a delight, showcasing meticulous landscaping (i especially liked the variety of palms). i also appreciated the varied options at breakfast, with many choices every morning.
while the hotel generally provided excellent service, the evening atmosphere in the bar felt somewhat subdued. live music or ambient background music could enhance the bar's appeal during those hours.

I appreciated the convenient beach access directly from the hotel. The hotel decor and the grounds looks fine. The infinity pool provided beautiful views. The staff members was very friendly and efficient.
The bar atmosphere felt a bit dull, i hoped for livelier evenings.

the public areas were stylish.
the pool area felt crowded. some older guests were not happy with children playing in the pool, and we were told to keep the noise down. staffing in the restaurant was scarce, and we experienced long waits for drinks.
